Review: This film is acting reasonably, but the pacing and the link between the story line weak at best. These are the first 30 or so minutes pretty good, and then things changed dramatically and I started to lose the investment / interest in the character. A tract of land just sort of trickles along with no real direction; felt like kind of got lost in his own story writers. I think it was meant to be a film about how we affect other actions, and possibly because of the role of / legacy of the father, but not; are coming any kind of important to me. Basically I got bored towards the end and consider walking away (which is saying something b / c it's rare for me not to finish the film). The film had all the ingredients to become a potential solid film, but it just did not make it happen. |
