Review: Take Bring It On, Glee (not in the sense of yuck cheese, but because Theresa singing involved, the real kind), Mean Girls, and add some cute dialogue, language, acetic, REE and comment, and you have the funniest movies. At first, I was skeptical: The film about singing a cappella group, I thought it would be the best teen movie. Yes, I know, Anna Kendrick. But most (some better) names are some doozies. But I was incredibly surprised. Each type of humor is covered here, and built to absolute perfection. You will take many, many lines in your everyday vocabulary. For me, Rebel Wilson (as Fat Ami) and Elizabeth Banks (as Gail commentators) have one of the most hysterical lines ever committed to celluloid smart (right up to the Young Frankenstein). I loved it. |
